Steps to Manifestation
1. Focus:   What ever you focus on expands. Most people focus on what they don’t want. Your goal cannot be blurry or not specific. Repetition of the focused dream is key. Focus on one goal at a time, don’t be scattered.
2. Boost:   Maximize the power of emotions. You are more successful when happy and confident due to a release of dopamine and serotonin. You are stagnant and repressed when worried and depressed.
3. Release:  Let go of your attachment to what you want. By constantly saying “I want this”, you are telling your subconcious that you don’t have it, which expands you not having what you want.  Release the negative thoughts you may have about what your desires (money is evil, i don’t deserve what i want)
4. Gratitude:  Appreciate where you are right now. This energy is magnetic to success. Create a Gratitude Journal where every morning you write at least 3 things you are grateful for. Can be something as small as your morning cup of coffee. But write something and build the habit.
5. Go:   Nothing happens without action. Perfection is an Illusion, Procrastination is a Lie. Get up and move, regardless if it is toward your goal or not.
Move and correct, move and correct, repeat.  Never stop moving.
